21st CLCC After School Program 2015 Report

2015-2016 Successes:

We've met 10 of our 10 objectives

93.8% of students maintained an A, B, or C in reading on their report card

89.2% of students maintained an A, B, or C in math on their report card

90.8% of students improved or maintained acceptable behavior

87.7% of students improved in homework


Parent Involvement Survey
Of the  parents who responded to the survey:

85.4% indicated they strongly agree or agreed that the program helped their child to complete homework.

88.6% parents reported that they attended 3 or more sessions that they have been more active/involved in their child's education

Students Involvement
87.7% of students who responded to the student survey reported that the after-school program helps me to complete my homework

This program is funded through a 21st Century Community Learning Center Grant that is provided by the Georgia Department of Education.

All after school programs in Douglas County School System are registered with Bright from the Start, Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning.  We are exempt from licensure and a letter of exemption is posted in the school office or after school room.
